im pretty sure I have seen this guy before in hunting videos... I think he was a guide in the video... so maybe less than you think, but I almost guarantee it was private land.

Post by: GoldTip on January 26, 2012, 01:02:20 PM: If it's a new world record, it's gotta be for archery or muzzy. That is one helluva buck, and I would give my left you know what to kill that buck, but the world record for Non Typ Mule deer B&C is 355", and I don't see that out of this buck.

That's not the first monster muley Cody has killed. But it's his biggest so FAR.

The buck was scored by three pope and young scorers and was 288" non typ guess it beat the old record by 13". Those drop tines are insane. :yike: :yike: Congrats to him after bagging that monster after hunting him for two years. :tup:

Post by: ramslam on January 26, 2012, 08:34:04 PM: Cody still does a little guiding for Jim in the Yukon but if any of you saw the episode 4-5 years ago where Cody shot that giant Mountain Caribou with Jim...that was the end of him filming for Shockey.

He is a great videographer and has the best muley hunting dvd on the market in my opinion. Its called "Here be Kings."

His show is moving to the Outdoor channel this summer with Nosler as the primary sponsor. Watch for it, it will be good.

Plus, he has a hot gf. She shot a nasty heavy muley this fall with her muzzy! Ahhh, to be a Saskatchewan resident!

Post by: steen on January 26, 2012, 09:03:38 PM: I remember him from some older hunting videos for Mulies in Saskatchewan. Him and Jim were always very intertaining in their humor and the muledeer hunts were awesome. Back then Cody had braces. Some of my favorite hunting videos.
