I I think me and my boy will shoot one day.is it casual start?
-
I don't know about the start but Sunday would be the better day to shoot I think. I've been told a pretty good number of door prizes go out.
-
I don't want to show my ignorance, but what and where is it?
-
Its a 3-D archery shoot
-
Hey thanks for the reply d rock if that's the case I better bring the daughter to.
-
get ahold of sheri crisp, she is taking camping reservations. If you have never shot the r-100 google r-100 and you can get a good look at the cool targets you will be shooting
-
Got it thanks.
-
It is best to register on line unless you like standing in long slow lines.
-

:bash: I am hating ups right now, multiple packages coming in for the new house all have to be signed for, on Sat. That's what I get for bargain hunting for new stuff for the house on the net. still trying to come up with a way to pull it off...
-
camping spot reserved
-
Reserved as well.
-
Sounds like we will have a few hunt wa members at the shoot.
-
Does anyone know how late you can shoot? I have a busy day but want to try to shoot at the end of the day, I'm not gonna be shooting for prizes just for fun if that makes a difference I think it has in the past.
-
My family and i are going with a cupple other familys and camping. I cant wait its our first R100!!!

im not sure how it works at this shoot.
-
I am sure the only prizes besides a pin if you score high enouf is door prizes. I believe you can shoot fairly late on Sat. But dont take that to the bank.
-
Looks like I'm going to miss it again trucks going back into the shop Friday. :bash:
-
Who can I call to ask? I am pretty sure I have shot it late in the evening before, when I used to live 5 minutes away but now its about an hour and would hate to drive there just to be turned away.
Then I have to decide if I want to shoot north american game or safari... decisions

-
Shoot straight and have fun fellas!
-
I can't get her to answer. If anyone is there and reads this would they mind checking if I can shoot after 1? Just shooting for fun not for points. I'd really appreciate it, it's about an hour drive for me
-
Couldn't shoot a 12 today to save my life.
-
More 12s today than yesterday, :IBCOOL: but I also had more 5s :( overall both courses were Hella fun!
-
My 4 year old won a complete set of strings for a door prize. I wonder who's going to use those.

 did you "forget" her bow again? :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
-
Another class act from Capital City Bowmen for putting on a great shoot. The potluck dinner was also awesome.
-
She shot a little bit each day. She liked looking at some of the animals more than shooting them.
-
D-Rock
That was so cute when your daughter went up to get her prize. How did you shoot, I had a hard time on the first day only shot a 406 but did shoot a little bit better today I was able to shoot a 489

Me and Carnivore were standing about ten feet to your left right next to the yellow lab
Love to see the kids win ,Even though we know who's gettin new cables and string :chuckle: :chuckle:
Good day Good shoot
maybe we'll meet up at another shoot
-
She thinks she's going to give them to Grandpa. Oh well he needs new strings way more than i do. I didn't shoot very good either day 448 on the north American side and 457 on safari side. I really wanted to be about 1000 points for both days. Oh well guess i better start shooting more again.
-
A picture of the shoot.
-
Thats my 2 year old McKenzie trying to feed the elephant.
-
One more pic just because.
-
That was a fun shoot. I expected a little more but was still great. I shot like poo on the first day only a 367 but came back and shot like I know how on the second with at 512 on the second. My wife shot shot over 400 both days and it was only her second 3D shoot. really proud of her!!
-
Awesome shoot, had a great time and hung out with some great people. They didnt stretch the targets out much this year but I'm okay with that! Came home with all my arrows so that's always a bonus
Kudos to all that helped put on the shoot you did an awesome job
But...... If the D-bag that actually crapped on one of the targets is reading this you should have your face shoved in it!! Thats just a kick in the balls to everyone that supports our sport and you don't deserve to be one of us and you should not reproduce and pass your piss poor genes on to the next generation! :bash: :bash:
-
Totally agree about the crap on the target. I really dont know what people a thinking. I mean there wasn't even toilet paper around so the guy decided to be a smart a$$ and take an upper decker on a fake toilet then wipe his a$$ later.
All in all I enjoyed the shoot like I always do. If we could have a mix between the reinhart and the extreme shoot they had last year that would be awsome.
-
Any idea how long tell they post scores for the weekend on the web site?
-
Scores are up!!!!!! I took 6th on the african range and a ......ummmmmmmm ........aaaaaaaa......well aaaaa.......74th on north amarican. Guess i need to hunt in africa! Lol
-
I was amazed how many people were useing range finders. I got upper 30's on the african and 44th on the north american. Im happy with that not having a range finder!
-
I think most people were there just to have fun and shoot. I did see a lot of range finders but most of them weren't top shooters anyway.
-
We are having a Rinehart 30+ target 3D shoot at Custer this weekend if you guys want more 3D action...
I posted the flyer on the archery gear tab for 3D listings
-
Planning on making that if i dont work Saturday.
-
I made the hour drive and wasn't able to shoot. Bummer... lesson learned I guess. Looks like you guys had fun at least, maybe next year I can make it.
-
You can shoot our 3D tomorrow and Sunday
Come on up and have fun....we ordered SUNNY DAYS!!
