well pretty much in between the antelope an the big horn sheep

Do the tribes have the ability to control the wolves on the rez or do the feds still have a say?

All it was suppose to mean was that natives might be able to harvest wolves without federal prosecution.......a good thing. See, not everything written here is to slam you. ;)
