They're made from modern sawmill bandsaw steel, heat treated to hold an edge (probably about 65Rc, very good results on dozens I've done so far). They're all convex ground, they will all be blasted and blued, they will all be gripped with micarta, and they will all be sheathed in kydex pack/lanyard style friction fit sheaths.
$50 delivered in the US.
They're numbered and also have their overall length marked on them.

I need 1/2 down to secure one for yourself, then final payment upon completion and before shipment.
I would prefer to not custom build on these blanks, they're excellent cutters, but these were designed to be "bushcraft" hand made knives, and I really like the process and design described above. Look at my other blanks or give me an e-mail to talk about a full on, no holds barred, one off custom on D2 or ATS34 or Damascus, or whatever you desire.

Just received my knife thank you and you didn't have to wrap the handle I was just trying to save you some time building a handle considering this is what I was going to do but I won't complain it looks great and its nice and tight ill start saving for a fully custom knife you will definitely be getting other orders from me

I have had some email contact with Rainshadow regarding a knife. We had talked back and forth about my needs and what my expectations are for a custom knife. It was a very quick decision....deposit was sent. My knife is in the works and already I have the utmost confidence that it will exceed my expections. I have been very happy with the process of basically commissioning a specific purpose knife. I would say if you are on the fence get the check mailed out. I will sell you the bare steel, as pictured, ground, bored, heat treated, and rough for $20. You will finish/polish the steel, flatten the tang to your satisfaction, establish the edge, and build the grip.
