Title: Best Knee Boots?
Post by: singleshot12 on February 21, 2012, 10:00:25 AM: I've always liked the Xtratuf neoprene's for nonslip comfort and durability, but my last pair only lasted 1 1/2 years, seems they're quality has gone down while their price remains high.
Does anyone have other recommendations for good quality comfortable boot at an affordable price?

Cost about $25.00 a pair and they last me about 2 years, they are more comfortable than lacrosse boots . I do 90% of my hunting in a pairs of these (on westside) I'm not a big fan of extra-tuff boots not enough support. I grew up on a dairy farm so i've tried most of them.

Post by: Cylvertip on March 06, 2012, 12:14:37 PM: FYI - Check EBAY for the XtraTuffs - save about 30% or so. I bought a pair a year and a half ago and they are still in top shape.

Don't store rubber boots in areas that get UV light all the time - sun light or florescent - that causes them to break down quick. :twocents:
