I use a whisker biscuit rest and until now I have been using easton carbon storm arrows with 3 long plastic fletchings, shooting odd fletch up so that all three fletchings pass through the biscuit and don't go through the gap in the rest. I was recently told that the 4 fletch arrows were "designed to be used with a whisker biscuit". It seems odd to me, because with a 4 fletch one feather will pass through the rest untouched through the gap and the other 3 will have to pass through the fibers of the rest. I don't know if that is enough to change the flight of the arrow or not. Does anyone have any experience with this?

The four fletch arrow will stabilize faster but i never liked it through the wisker bisket. If you turn the nock you can make it to where the all miss the stiff hairs on the bottom or black hairs. I went to the qad rest and would never go back to a wisker bisket.

I shoot 4-2" fletch pattern on all my compound arrows. Have for years and always will. You will have no problems running them threw the WB! I get a lot more stable arrow with a fat broadhead on it with a 4 fletch pattern over the 2. I also crank my jig to give me the most amount of offset possible. Like said just turn your nock and none of them will touch the lower whiskers :tup:
