Title: Ordering Arrows
Post by: Coastal_native on March 13, 2012, 08:17:04 PM: Any good recommendations for places to order pre-cut, pre-fletched, ready to shoot arrows? Does Cabelas offer that? I've only ever used Mountain Archery.

Post by: jrebel on March 13, 2012, 08:37:11 PM: look on ebay...you can find stores that offer all those services. I have found that buying raw shafts and doing it myself is way cheaper.

Post by: JimmyHoffa on March 13, 2012, 10:08:22 PM: I ordered my last set from The Sportsmans Guide. They were aluminum, ready to go out of the box (after adding a field point). Sometimes they have plenty of archery gear, sometimes not.

Post by: Special T on March 14, 2012, 03:24:42 PM: Do you have a specific kind of arrow spine/weight in mind? what kind of bow are you shooting? If you already know what shoots good out of your bow then you can order online. If not a pro shop can really be helpful. They can help you figure out the best spine/length to use. You can start off by buying 3 shooting and altering them then buy a full dozen once you get it dialed in... :twocents:

So, sometimes the selection isn't that great, but they are usually 1/2 the cost of anywhere else (if they ahve the shaft you need).
