Title: Question about turkey hunting season
Post by: Recurve-Elk on March 17, 2012, 11:06:21 PM
Hey guys!  I've never turkey hunted before, but i am going to try my luck this season.  So let me get this right.  If I buy a turkey tag, I can hunt anywhere in the state for turkey?  There is no gmu regulations so to speak.  I would hunt in the ellensburg surrounding area (kittitas)  so I would only be able to harvest 1 bird because it is in a restriction area?

I think you got it right......... and if you wanted to try again after getting your first one, you could buy another tag and hunt elsewhere.

Best of luck!

You are right except there are some calibers you cannot use. Also don't go on private property,
with out permission.. Good luck to you
