Title: how to find what areas are open

Rookie hunter. Never turkey hunted. How do I find which areas are open? Last years regs look like only NE corner of state open? Would like to hunt around Cle Elum. Thanks for any info.

The whole state is open for spring season. NE corner is fall season.
