Title: price of used sig p229 .40 cal with 357 upper?
Post by: NW-GSP on April 09, 2012, 07:44:12 PM: Im looking at buying a used sig p229 and the guy says he paid $1100 for it when he bought it new and is asking $900 for it,
is that a good price?

Sorry for the ugly links but do some quick Google searching, Gunbroker is the place to go if you want to find out just how bat*censored* crazy people are with HIGH prices. You can find good deals there but they are few and far between.

As long as you are looking at used guns, here is a decent price on a 229 in 40.

I am actually buying it for my future wife, I have had her shoot a long list of semi auto pistols and this one is by far the one that fit her hands the best and shot the best groups with.
