Title: Deer season pushed back a week?

Anybody know what prompted F&G to move the muzzy deer season back a week? Based off the dates I saw opening the 29th.

They didn't move it, it just happens to fall on a later date.

Muzzleloader elk starts the first Saturday in October, and muzzleloader deer starts the Saturday prior to that. So last year the first day of elk season fell on October 1st. This year it's October 6th. That's why deer season starts 5 days later than it did last year.

I guess that would have been obvious if I paid more attention to elk season.
