Title: WAY out of state hunting... Proper attire for roe buck hunt in Scotland
Post by: girlyhunter on May 02, 2012, 07:32:46 PM: Does anyone know what is customary attire for a hunt like this in Scotland? We are headed that way soon and I don't think they do much camo lol. Also, if there is a better spot for this question, please let me know.

Post by: girlyhunter on June 12, 2012, 03:20:24 PM: Actually, the fellow who guided us was wearing some very nice trousers and a camo jacket. So, I wasn't exactly out of place, but could have had more formal attire lol. I did visit an "outdoor" store there (very hard to find them!) and the attire was all pretty formal. Nothing like what we wear for sure! Saw lots of wildlife and a few roe, but not a buck. Nice hunt though. Very easy terrain.
