Title: skagit spring bear down
Post by: head hunter on May 20, 2012, 11:48:04 AM: got this big big boy last night cought him feeding in an old log deck. Two hundred yard shot sp hill frome the road. I roughed his scull at 20 6/8 the game warden was blown away at the size of him very healthy bear.

Skagit is really producing this year.

I have hit it hard a number of times and have only seen two. Both low and pretty small. found some tree damage but the bear only has about a 4" wide pad. how high did you go to find him? I'm heading back up this weekend. :tup:
