Can the SOB that stole my trail camera in the Blues please post my pictures here? I was looking forward to seeing them. Enjoy your new hard-earned Moultrie M-80 you *&%*^*%&; I'm certain that you deserved it more than I do.

That F-ing sucks! :bash: I hate thieves!
-
What an a sshole, that sucks. Hopefully they tripped on the hike out and broke there necks but stayed alive long enough to see the wolves having lunch....on him.
-
I think we have to set cameras in pairs. One hidden to watch other camera to catch lowlifes.

its to bad someone would have to do that
-
I bet it was a bear that took it. A bear took both of mine. Luckily I found one down a trail about 50 yards or so, chewed up.
-
:bash: :bash: :bash: Damn that sucks! I clicked this thread hoping to see some nice animals but instead had to read the frustations of somebody getting there property taken. Hope things work themselves out and the person(s) responsible for the theft eventually get what's coming to them.

Sorry to hear you got ripped off. It's *censored*ty that people feel the need to steal from others

That sucks!! I wish someone would put one out and booby trap that thing! When the thief opens it up BOOOOM
-
Was it a long ways off the road or close?
-
Was it in a security box and lagged or bolted to the tree?
-
I am always nervous about my cameras. I should put a broken camera on a well traveled trail and then hide one up in a tree or something and see how many people mess around with it. :yike:
-
Hey Todd, it had 3 spike bulls and a few cows , a small colorphase , 1 cougar , 3 horn hunters, 1 granola, and a double droptine muley just under 40 wide, thats all that was on it :chuckle:
Thats super chity man, I wont even put a camera out .

Check the area for bear sign and do a few circles looking around for it. Found one of my that way plus found someones elses that way one day hunting. It had pictures from 2010 on it or a bear and of lots of grass and brush and was sun faded and chewed on but works fine!!!

This brings back bad memories of mine getting stolen a couple years back. :bash: Sorry for you loss man.
-
Maybe put one near the road as well, vehicle make and license plates would be nice to know. ;)
-
Sorry to hear it.
I've lost a cam each of the last 2 years. both on fairly busy public land, but I thought they were hidden ok. Obviously not.
Stinkin' thieves....
-
I was sorry to hear this todd! I hope mine are safe! there should only be a select few in to that area! I hope
-
i would look around the area some more i thought i had one stolen today turns out a bear was messing with it.
-
I'll be back up there next month looking around again. I did look well enough to know it's not in the immediate vicinity (100 yds), but I'll try again with a bigger pattern.
No, it was not in a bear box or bolted/locked to the tree.
Yes, it was in an area that someone could possibly go when shed hunting and was only a mile from a road.
-
Maybe it was a sasquatch as they have been moving into the blues and I have seen camera parts in their scat before. Joking aside it sucks that people have to steal from others.
-
Sorry to hear that Todd. :(
