Title: Walther PPK Red Safety Dot Question
Post by: Shoffy on June 08, 2012, 08:47:19 AM: I have a stainless steel walther ppk that has the red safety dot missing. I think it was a sticker because after shooting one day it was gone.
Does anyone know if there are replacement stickers or is there a good paint for gun metal that I could use to fill the dot??

Post by: MadHatter on June 08, 2012, 11:43:49 PM: Testors model paint works really well because its an enamel, just scuff the area with some fine sandpaper and put a dab on there. Its really durable on firearms as well. Comes in small bottles or you can also get it in paint markers. Just look at a hobby shop or somewhere like Michael's or JoAnn's. Its about the best stuff I have found for firearms because it is durable and the colors are bright and vibrant.
