Just thought I would start a thread that I will continue to add to throughout the year...
-
Few more. I posted a couple of the bucks already. Ill get some fresh pics this weekend!
-
Very cool that is a great looking bear nice spot looking foreword to seeing more updates.
-
Great shots. Is that just regular bird seed?
-
Nice pics. Very clear...good camera position.......clearly a good location. I think we chatted about cams last year some...........
I also think the bear is cool Really nice coat. Looks pretty small but for a color phase it would be tough (for me) to pass him up.

Its just a mineral block and sweet cob.

Yeah we chatted last year. You had a pretty good thread about your trailcam learning curve. This is the same spot that I had last year and seems to be pretty productive. I have 2 other cameras out so hopefully I get different pics of other bucks on the area.

big difference in deer health from where my cams are to yours..the deer where I am at are in full summer coats 2 weeks ago

This camera is a m-80. I also have a m-100 and those mini cams are worth their weight in gold! In the long run a guy saves a ton of money with these new smaller cameras on batteries.
-
Thanks Im running a D40 and the batteries are starting to add :yike:
-
Yeah I hear ya! Last year I had a D-........60 I think and it took D batteries. Well in the 2011 season that one camera took over 13,000 pics and I probably spent $100 on batteries. So getting a cam that might cost a little more up front but is more efficiant in return, truly pays for itself.
-
Just threw out some of that 30-06 mineral/vitamin supplement at my spot. I havent used it before but hopefully the deer like it. Anyone use it before? I will check my cam on the 4th of july and will have more answers.
-
nice buck there

Last year triple eye guard.....
-
Sorry, can't help myself. Another pic. Last one, im just getting stoked to see how they turn out this year.
-
some nice bucks there
-
u see any of these bucks last year while hunting?
-
They both disappeared 2 weeks before the season last year. I never saw triple eyeguard again until a few weeks ago (I thought he was a gonner), but I saw the big 5 a few times later in the season. Last year I only had my archery tag, but this year I have a multi season deer tag. I WILL be waiting for them! :chuckle:
-
If your still feeding them in the fall and they arent showing..theres a good chance they are not living there during the fall. u would atleast get night pics if around
-
I know that Triple eyeguard moves somewhere farther, but I know that during the rut the Big 5 stopped by a few times. He also stopped by in mid winter quite a bit.
-
Triple has what looks like a droptine...
-
Few more...

Bear
-
That last picture with the bear in it looks like he should have a TV set in front of him.
-
great pics!

Yeah he looks quite content. Last year i had a bear that also liked to make himself at home.
-
Just got home from setting some cams in your neck of the woods. I think you guys need a few thinning crews around there, lol!
-
Put it this way, the state is to cheap to even mow the sides of road. The trees are out of the question. Where do you suppose my neck of the woods is anyways?
-
I assumed your user name was in the vicinity. :)
-
Great sets man. Good luck on those deer this season.
-
Silly bears.
-
Nice bucks! Triple eye guard is going to have some unique antlers this year!
-
Great pix.
Going to put mine high up this weekend.
-
Some new pics...

I do like the deer pic's, but that bear pic takes the cake! I love it :chuckle:

That bear looks a little daffy. Maybe he ain't right.

Great deer pics. That bear ate so much so fast that he is out of breath and can't move. :chuckle:
