Title: '12 Blues late quality buck tags??
Post by: jackelope on June 12, 2012, 09:25:40 PM: Who drew the late Blue Mountains units quality buck permits this year?
I see a couple of the permit holders at least are members on here.
I struck out this year.

Post by: jackelope on June 12, 2012, 09:31:56 PM: No, there's buck tags and then there's the late rifle quality tags. At first in 2010, most of them were just mule deer permits, now they've added whitetails to them and made a lot of them 3 pt. minimum whitetail or muley.

See my avatar pic. I drew Tucannon the 1st year they offered it in 2010.

Glad to finally know for sure. My dad got a 6x4 four years ago. We both got it this year. I'm so jacked up for november!!!!!

I have hunted in the late hunt Nov. but never EVER have I seen that good of bucks. Infact if I seen a legal buck it was a whitetail and not big at all. See 100s of does and a few 2 points but thats it. I mainly hunted the Toucannon and Murango areas.
