Just moved from Wisconsin in June.
Bagged two 20 lbs + eastern gobblers, and got hooked, I relocated out here for school.
Anyone know of any areas around Cheney/Spokane to see some or get into the action?
The area out here is so different from Wisco, I'm lost. Thanks for the help.

North of you in Stevens county for Merriams. Success rate runs high, lots of birds. Lincoln county south and west of Stevens along the Columbia River for Rios. Also I would check out the area south and southeast of you toward Colfax and St. John's for Rio's...... along the Palouse River in Whitman county.

Welcome....you will love it here. We might not have the dairies or packers here but we have lots of turkeys...Just like Wacenturian said North of Spokane all the way to Canada and South to Oregon and as far west as theCascades. We have easterns over on the coast in several locations..but it ain't easy due to habitat. Good Luck. Don't shoot the hens! :)

Welcome to Washington! I looked at Fish and Wildlife mapping site and it looks like there is a good chunk of state land just west of Cheney. Might be worth a look. I've been meaning to check it out.

Do you go to EWU? My wife works at the clinic right down the road and sometimes checks in students.
