CONTEST DATES
- A new contest starts at 12:01 am on the first day of each month.
- The contest ends at 7:45 pm on the last day of the month
THREE WAYS TO ENTER
1. Each member can enter one time per month.
2. Make at least 10 posts on the forum in one week and enter again that week (a week is Sun to Sat)
3. Enter one time for every new member that you invite when their post count reaches 10. (post their username with your entry)
HOW TO ENTER
- Post 4 numbers from 1 to 24.
Example: 01-13-19-24 please make sure to use this format
WHO WINS
- The contest ends on the last day of each month at 7:45 PM
- Numbers drawn for the WA Lotto Match 4 at 8 PM on the last day of each month are the winning numbers
- The member who posts the most winning numbers first during the month wins. Example: Three members posted three winning numbers, the person who posted first wins.

- The Winner (or any member) must post in the contest after the drawing who won with the Reply# of the winning numbers
- If no other member disputes who won within 48 hours, then the winner must notify "bearpaw" by message
- The winning entry will be checked that all rules were followed, if not then the next person who posted the most winning numbers and followed the rules will win
- If you choose a chance at the rifle as soon as we have three rifle winners they will pick 4 numbers for a date that will be announced at that time
- If you win the rifle you have to go through the NICS background check with an FFL dealer just like you were purchasing the rifle
- If you aren't approved for the rifle you will be awarded $300 instead
- bearpaw is often busy hunting, if you do not receive a reply within 1 week please send another message, he will catch up with you
- There is a $599 per year limit on winnings from H-W, no member may be awarded more than $599 in cash & prizes from H-W in any calendar year
- H-W reserves the right to alter these rules whenever desired before a new monthly contest begins
