eastmans bow hunting journal may/june 2010

just recieved my eastmans bow hunting journal. the cover story/photo is a washington bull elk i believe it was the one in the tucannon area guided by mtncook.  390" gross!
"Shoot the spike".  It's much easier to pack out!

as far as I remember it was a Tucannon bull too but I don't remember mtncook guiding...definitely at least the packer...

A 390 bull with a spread under 40  is unreal. The odds on those tags are already going to be terrible with WDFW new app. system but thats another topic!  Ya it was only a drop camp but Dave certainly put them in the right spot. nwhunter

A very fine bull and a good read.  I can't imagine missing that bull at less than 10 yards and then getting a second chance.
