Mine have a "Made in China" sticker on them.  :bash:

Unfortunately, I can't afford Leica, Swarovski, or Leupold.

So I have what I can afford.

Vortex Vs. Leica

The top of the line Vortex stuff will run all day with the others. I have a bottom of their line (diamondback) scope that fogged up on the inside. I sent it back to them and they fixed it and returned it to me within 10 days of me sending it in. The $200 scope was either 6 or 7 years old. Warranty and customer service was top notch for me. If I had the big coin to drop on glass, I'd stick with vortex. I own 4 pieces of gear with their name on it and it all serves me well and none of it is top of their line stuff.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

The only thing I don't like about Vortex is that they're made in China.

(If that's something that concerns you)
Germany needs his money to bail out Greece and Italy.

The Vortex I looked at the other day wern't made in China.  They said "Made in PRC" right on them. :tung: :chuckle: :tung:
