Big cow...but I bet it isn't 850 lb's.....lol    :chuckle:

Haha, yeah probably not quite. We were talking about that thread after she killed it, we all guessed this was maybe 400lb animal, just purely a guess. A nice big cow for sure, you should have seen the size of the gut pile!

:chuckle:  Yeah just a shot at that other thread   :chuckle:   But this one is a BIG cow!!!!!!!

Congrats on the first elk! That is a very nice cow. If you don't mind me asking, what time of day did she connect? I was hunting in the same area and only saw elk the first hour of light, kinda weird and would like to know what time other hunters where seeing them.

Very cool to see. Congrats on your hunt. Great way to spend the holiday.
I also had the same tag and was successful on a cow just like hers on opening morning down by 8:30.
The picture is on my avatar. The only way I could figure out how to post the pic. I don't know how to resize the pictures to work on here.
Fun hunt and would love to see others post there success on the hunt.
Thanks to other hunters on this forum that pitched in advice. Great to have a good group of people on here.
And once again congradulations.
