Haven't had smoked brisket for a long while so today is the day. Put a dry rum on yesterday nothing fancy. Fgp,salt, garlic, onion, chilli powder, chipotlet powder, crushed chilli flakes, and dark brown sugar. Smoking in my gosm big block 225- 250 useing pecan pellets and the amzps. Most likely throw a mop on not sure which one yet. I'll try to get some pics. Dana doesn't like it when I use her work pc for my personal pc
