Where do I go to find some bullfrogs?
« on: May 08, 2013, 12:26:38 PM »
Where could I find some bullfrogs on the eastside?  I remember a giant my Dad and I were trying to get when I was a kid, I think it was Eloika lake  :dunno: I would love to get out and do some bowfishing for them.  I love frog legs  Anyone know of a good lake near Spokane with them in it?

as a kid i caught them with a fishing rod and piece of red fabric on a hook, and would also shoot them with a pellet gun or a .22, or a gig, but never shot one with a bow.
Our neighbors pond has them. Hear them croaking every night, but don't think they would appreciate the hunting.

I haven't been there in years but when I was little we used to net them at deer lake
Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27:3
