Cant believe I got a kitty on my 1st ever elk cam setup. :)
Also, how do you prevent too white of pics like last one?  Bushnell 5mp pointed north and down

i really think that theres not a lot more you can do to prevent that bright pic. cam is facing north, higher up angled down, i think it just comes down to the fact that thats an open, bright area with no canopy for shade above.  unless youre invested in that exact spot id try to get it somewhere where theres more overhead foliage, and if possible somewhere that has more shade throughout the day, down in a draw on the north facing slope or something.  just a lot of light coming through there.    i havent been using cams long at all but ive had enough bad results to realize its a bit of an artform.  always learning a lesson of some sort with each card pull.  cool bob pics tho.  dont know why, but to me bobs and cougars are about the coolest thing to get on cam.  probably because theyre what ive seen the least of with my own two eyes.
