20ga Beretta Silver pigeon with 30" tubes. I love this gun!

I actually prefer to use my SKB built Ithaca Featherweight O/U 20 gauge over the .22. I don't have any cool photos with a bunch of dead birds though. Sorry.

Handed down from Dad - Steven's O/U .22/.410.  Started shooting grouse with it when I had to use both hands to cock the hammer.  Still killing grouse and quail with it.  No idea what the dead bird total would be for this gun.  But would probably take a large church full of hands to find enough fingers. ;)

Ruger Mark III Target Model 22/45

As accurate as any .22 rifle I've ever shot.  I've had it for 1.5 years now and have killed several dozen grouse with it.

I hit a grouse in the back with it two weeks ago, started to fly off and I drilled it in mid air   :yike: lucky shot
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I lost mine on Saturday.  Gun case must have jumped out of the back of the truck on a really nasty road.  Favorite gun of mine of any kind, hands down.  Also handed down from my dad.  Makes me sick.   :(

only grouse I have killed since being in the northwest was with the M1a... Ideal grouse gun or not- it worked and I didnt shred him.. I used to have an old savage over and under .22mag /20guage that thing would have been ideal. (my sister still has one that is a .357magnum/20ga.. it would work too..)

That's a neat little butt pouch you've got there.  I've never seen one like that.

Sorry to hear you lost yours, I would be devastated. I have one of these Stevens as well. My grandad bought it for my dad in the 50's. My wife killed her first grouse with it last year.
