1 gallon apple cider
1 cup tender quick
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
couple of garlic cloves
mix and add turkey, add either water or apple cider until the turkey is submerged and let it brine overnight
The next day remove turkey and rinse it off and allow to dry.  In the mean time

1 cupbrown sugar
1 cup butter or two sticks
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Heat in a pan until the butter is  melted and the brown sugar is almost at a cream texture.  Allow to cool just a little and then smear this all over the turkey.  Smoke in a smoker for two to three hours and then finish cooking it in the oven.
Life is good when you are killing and Grilling
