Wait... was this really 3 years ago?  (I think I "knew" this bull....)
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Thank you for the comments guys. It was the hunt of my life, I did miss a 340 class Bull and a good buddy that was with me on the hunt said he would not hunt with me again if shot that baby (He had seen my bull one week prior) so I decided from that day on, that I would pass on the 340 bull and a two other 280 class bulls.
The night we watched the Wolves chase my Bull my partner and I had just blown our first stalk on him, I will never forget watching him round up his cows and leave. Luckily he and his 30 or so cows came back to the same canyon that we found them in.
There are two guys that played a huge part in my success, JD and HS thank you for your help and Jackelope thanks for the inspiration. It makes it easy to hold out when you have trail cam picks like that.

Congrats Matt, but why did it take you 3 years to post your story? :chuckle:

Awesome, I had heard that it was 399 5/8 and was hoping it would be a little bigger.

That's the B&C official gross score, phool.
