Well the hunt started today early at my house at 3:30am and I got into the unit at 7:30am. I was all packed up and ready to camp for one week.......but the hunt started fast and ended just as fast. Seen 25 deer 6 bucks in about a hour. By 9:30am I was heading home.

Wow congrats on the nice buck.. You got spoiled on this hunt. Now don't let this go to your head and think all the special hunts are this easy
Looks like a good wall hanger.

Wow, great buck. Neat looking bladed rack. I had a similar experience on my late hunt a few years ago. I was prepared for a week and even set up camp. As soon as I set up camp I hiked down a road and dropped my buck within a couple hours of setting up camp. I took down camp and made it home late that same night. It is pretty hard to keep your finger off the trigger when you see a buck like that.
