Teriyaki jerky time whoa !

Any smoker will do. Makeing some jerky today.You can make a smoker out of anything .Teriyaki soy sauce+sugar+salt good stuff.

That is a great use for an old oven.  Already has all the shelving built in.  Ingenious!!!!!   :tup:

Its that wood laying next to the smoker ,its somekind of brush wood that grows around my house here north of spokane.when it grows leaves this year i coulnd post what kind of brush it is but it puts off a sweet type flaver.When it grows leave i can also try to look up on wikki.
