One legged Cock Pheasant
« on: November 30, 2008, 09:27:15 AM »
I saw a one legger hopping along I5 last night just south of Scatter Creek. Probably at about 3:45 pm. He was heading from the brush towards and parrallel to the North bound lanes. I passed by too quickly to see if he was being chased by a critter.

That is about the same spot on I5 that a really pretty cock nearly creamed my windshield.  I couldn't see if he made it all the way but he managed to cross the southbound lanes  :o  that was last week.  might be the same bird  :chuckle: :chuckle:
