Colockum Cow and a true spike
« on: October 14, 2014, 10:23:47 PM »
Filled my cow tag on the first day of season then spent the next 5 days looking around the Taneum unit for a cow for my buddy to no avail so I talked him into hunting a true spike unit open for general season and connected within 20 minutes of daylight so it worked out almost perfect for both. They were both close to the road so we got them out whole !! Stayed with a friend that had farm equipment so it was easy to hang and skin them plus he has a walk in cooler set for 36* couldn't ask for better circumstances IMO !!
