some bird introduction going on and I'm getting solid and intense points like BAM!  not even seeing the bird, all scent.

I'm terrible at packing a camera around when I do stuff,  I'll get some pics in a day or two when we head back out - maybe a vid or two also

Our pup that has had a few issues with the bird thing has been real interested lately. My daughter let a couple pigeons out to the breeding loft the other day(no trap in this loft  ), both dogs made several laps around the yard as they made their circles. Tonight the pup got hold of one and when called fetched one right to hand, once we saw she had it. It was really wet (could be rain but most likely drool) but alive and ready to go back in the loft. Looking forward to getting her on some quail next month.

I only have about 5 yb's who aren't breeding yet, they've barely lost their peep.

good start. now get him into different types of cover. big and open to thick and nasty. he will learn to hunt to cover and hunt the appropriate distances.congrats.

she was locked up pretty good on that pic but took a step, the pigeon was 8-10 feet in front marked by that string so I knew where it was.
