State Park in Bridgeport is gonna be your best bet. Not much for camping along Rufus. Another option is the tribal camp spot at the middle pens up lake. Not too nice there though. If you're going to bring a boat, there's a spot up lake from Bridgeport a few miles that the Corps has built a camp spot that's nice. First come first served though and you never know if it's open until you get there.

Coulee playland is fairly close. 10 miles to seatons to launch or double that to the pens for bank access. That also gives you other options in banks and Roosevelt.

I thought they had camping by the net pens. Not nice by any means but a place to stay and out houses. Maybe they changed that I haven't been there in a few years. I need to head over there soon I guess

I think Spring Canyon has some decent camping just outside of Grand Coulee. If not than somewhere along Banks Lake would be my next suggestion. The camping near the net pens is pretty bleak. Been a few years since I've been out that way. Have fun!

I've stayed at banks lake in the past. Usually Sun banks, but it's a bit pricey. Only about 15 to 20 mi UTe drive to the launch.

We stay at coulee play land, nice people, clean and not over priced.
Spring canyon is a really nice state park.
You can launch at Nespelum above Rufus on the Rez. Side
