Your tryin to change the moose category. Anyway I hope you get a chance at a great moose soon. BTW No one wants a moose more that me. I have one idea that would make draw odds great but it will never happen.
If it aint broke, dont fix it.

Hopefully not but I will if I need too. I will probably never apply for another moose tag though. I know how hard it is to get drawn. This way only 3,999 will apply vs 4,000.  :chuckle:  Increasing the odds .059% at a time.

It's a lottery. Luck of the draw.  How is it "fair" that guys can buy the govenors tag or $20000 in raffle tags every year.  Life is not "fair". On a side note who is gonna want a cow moose as there oil.  The problem with the system is everyone has there own agenda. Bobcat don't get me wrong your idea makes sense, but in one thread you want to change the system and another you say lets make new rules.

I would take a cow as my one and only WA moose, as would my wife and son.

I find it hard to belive wdfw made a rule that banks on the hunter to be truthful with if they killed or not.  Did they really do that?

Aside from Cougar (and maybe sheep and/or goat, not sure off the top of my head as I never try for them), which requires a check within 72 hours, all the tags are basically that way.
It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity...

Sarcasm makes smart people laugh and stupid people mad.
