Beautiful buck and superb mount!

Was this the buck that was featured in Muley Crazy Mag? It was a Desert buck right? I may be confusing it with another deer, not sure.

Does anyone know if Charlie is still doing the taxidermy thing? I noticed he hasn't been on here for awhile. Called a few times, Emailed & I think his website is down. Voicemail is different. I know this must be a crazy time of the season for him but not sure if I should keep trying to get ahold of him or not?

Yes

I talked to him a couple weeks ago.  He is very busy, and rightfully so.  I took a blacktail to him last year after I saw some of his work at a guy's home in Oregon.  The cat has a house full of taxidermy and a couple really stood out, when I asked him about them he said they were done by a guy up in Washington and he gave me Charlie's number.

I think he was going to try and get out and do a little hunting too, but don't quote me on that.  Seems like every other person I have talked to in the last month has been threatening the same thing.
