From the photo supplied, looks to be a pretty slick 2 point unless, his left side front has that tiny crab that is so common with these. Don't see any eyeguard points. If this was my best view in the field, based on that, he would walk.

EDIT after second photo: I still let him continue to walk away, that cab claw does not appear anywhere close to 1" in my opinion.

  I swear an hour or 2 of every season is spent with these type bucks under the spotter scrutiny... not once have I made the decision to shoot.
