Colockum deer
« on: October 25, 2015, 05:28:03 PM »
never in my life seen so many ignorant people.

Colockum pass above Kittitas.
Every ethical hunter know to read and understand the regulations, know boundaries of areas they hunt.

Well, I guess that rule doesnt work on Colockum.
seen so many people hunting the right side (329) for deer i was amazed.
And they all said this area is open, Quality deer this side, any buck the other side.

Im like...............um, this side is closed, want to see the regs i have them right here.

Showed them and they tip toed away.

One old guy was completely baffled that they made that a quality tag holder hunting area only.
IVE HUNTED THIS ROAD SINCE I WAS A YOUNG MAN!!
Havent been here in 30 years though, (then i pipe in) this area is closed. thats why i am sighting in over here because there shouldnt be any hunting for deer over here.

dumb people.

Oh yeah. and as usual....no harvest....but i had a good time.

This is funny to me..."thats why i am sighting in over here because there shouldnt be any hunting for deer over here.

dumb people."
I love the guys who decide to sight in their rifles during the season.  Especially in a quality buck area.  Thanks for thanking of everyone else.

the clockum is westside central this time of year. stupid $hit happens up there daily. just wait till the 31st. nothing is safe there. theres a reason 90% of the wardens are up there next Saturday for modern elk. just wait and see, there will be posts about it.

There's guy hunting deer in there every year. I've had to tell hunters it's closed as well. They look at you like sky is falling. Game wardens would have a hay day in there on opening weekend of modern deer.
