Veteran's Day 2015
« on: November 10, 2015, 11:58:37 PM »
They fight for you and I, without regard for themselves; sacrificing their bodies and time at home. They spend sleepless nights, unafraid of the task at hand. They are fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters of us all. Months away from home, they fight for each other, willing to die for one another. They do what they do so that you and I can live the life we do. Their struggles very rarely are easy, a job reserved not for the faint of heart. Few of us will ever be in their shoes, the environment so dangerous but yet somehow they continue. A shot rings out in the darkness, and they respond with ferocity, speed. No one messes with their family, their country without a full response. They are airmen, soldiers, marines and sailors; the few so brave as to protect our way of life, our sovereignty. Their selfless service and sacrifice will never be forgotten...

To all the veterans; thank you for your service, words cannot describe our collective gratitude and debt owed to you. We have your back as you guard and defend our front. Stay safe, God bless you and yours and God bless this great nation.

Please take a moment of your time and thank a service member on this day.

Thank you Veterans.  Thank you for all that you've done and continue to do to protect our freedom and our way of life.  Thank you for being outstanding role models for our children.  Thank you for providing hope for disadvantaged people around the world.  Thank you for making the USA what it is today -  the most powerful and the greatest country in the world.  Thank you for your sacrifices.  May God bless each of you on this Veteran's Day...
