Seems like a lot to pack around. I dont see any advantage over shooting sticks

It's a stock system. The tripod thing is sold separately.

There's a build article in one of the recent Western Hunter or Elk Hunter magazine, can't remember which.  Interesting blend of bolt action with AR type components.
