You could be right for a few people however we've talked to many people in the last 6 days who drew Bull permits and aren't happy with all the activity.
Personally I only know of cow permit holders. Some filled, some not.

Agreed, i saw 6 bulls i would have happily,  and proudly,  broght home.  Two of them were trophy book material.  Unfortunately for me, i only saw 1 spike (maybe).

Not sure where you guys are at but called three bulls in Saturday. Found em on the mission side Sunday. And then in dark timber Monday. I was muzzy deer hunting. They are not near the roads any more.
