Modern Rifle Elk
« on: October 10, 2016, 07:25:24 AM »
It's not that I am obsessing about this or anything. And its' not that I have a countdown board screen saver on my work computer, that I regularly look at or anything...but we have 25 days, 9 hours, 40 minutes, 3 seconds until November 5th.

I am leaving for Hawaii in 12 days for a bill fish tournament and am very excited; but honestly; when I get back, hunting begins and that's what I can't wait for.  Is that bad?

Bugled and chirped for my buddy over the first week of Muzzy. Saw a couple herds; but the rag horn bulls were 2 points and then there was a couple spikes.  No legals yet; but that's ok.  We did manage to score Weyerhaeuser permits; so that will be our friend come opening.
If I'm not selling, I should be hunting, If I'm not hunting, I should quit!

And then open it up to let the public hunt it...
