A lot of the mil ammo is designed not to be too accurate, for machine guns you (generally) don't want each shot going to the exact same place but instead spread a little kind of like a shotgun pattern.

I would also double check that the scope is properly attached (not on the handguard, just the upper) and properly torqued down per specs. Sounds like a couple rounds are repeatable, scope wiggles and then throws one. I assembled a Mega MATEN that's a hammer but larger caliber AR's are notoriously finicky. Good luck
