Canon Super Zoom
« on: February 19, 2009, 09:05:48 AM »
I just got this email from a friend, its pretty cool how close you can get and the people you can identify.

Click on the link at the bottom of this email.  This is an unbelievable photo.  You can zoom in a thousand times (or more) and see many well known politicians as well as Aretha  Franklin with her now famous hat.  See what or who else you can find.  I did not find Yo-Yo Ma.

Have fun with this.

2009 Inauguration Photo - SUPER HI-DEF

This is absolutely the BEST in 'high definition'..... Really amazing.

Zoom in ('double-click' an area) ....and watch it focus.

Then zoom some more... and wait for focus.

What a surveillance tool this is. !

This picture was taken with a robotic camera and weighs in at 1,474 megapixel. (295 times the standard 5 megapixel camera)

It was a Canon that pulled together over 200 individual shots.

Each zoom in takes a second to focus ...and then you can see some amazing reactions.

Bonus points if you find Yo-Yo Ma .... taking a picture with his iPhone.

The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!
