Not sure where it's at but boy they are pounding it with water.  Somewhere on that ridge.

This is what I was worried about!  So much damn smoke you can't even tell if there's a fire in the distance. Hell, I can't even see Baldy. Let alone see a fire on it.

I know. It's crazy.  It looked like a 20 person crew and an engine headed up to it.  Local boys.  I think 4 choppers going one after another.   They were hammering it.

Country between Naches and the Wenas.   Sounds like they might be doing a controlled burn up there.   I can't imagine that in August, and with the air quality the way it is.  But ......
