Hunter399 I just caught this thread, while you might perceive that everyone's jumping on your case that's not what I see.  No one knows you, no one knows your level of understanding of what the laws might be when it comes to baiting.  You should be thankful for everyone's concern when they thought perhaps you might not have known which is a very easy conclusion to come by with your words.  I know the laws better than most and even I get a surprise now and then.

:yeah:
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Where is the accusation of illegal activities?  It's not even hunting season yet, and no one was claiming that you were hunting the bear now.  A friendly reminder about how salt can be considered bait and warning that it would be against laws to shoot a bear that is coming into salt was all there was.

We all going to turn on each other now, gnashing teeth and snarling? I suggest the post be locked. It serves no positive purpose.

Should I always have to wear kid gloves?

He took his soccer ball and went home because someone tried to help him with the rules of the game.  Yes I realize my name is blue and perhaps I should keep all my posts positive and nurturing, and I do try to....but I'm also a member here like anyone else is.

but because my name is blue I'm not allowed to call BS when I see it?

No bait, just salt block you buy from feed store.

That's baiting.

Here is your accusation on page 1.
Thanks for the info on baiting.
Ya I like my safe place a lot better than this forum.
I value my clean hunting record ,and value hunting a lot ,like my right to hunt. That's why the pics are not being reposted.About the same as this forum not saying certain outfitters name .I'm just not gonna deal with it ,easy just not to post trail cam pic no more. You can talk bad about me say what you want ,i don't care.Call me thin skin, put it anyway you like. But I value my hunting record, and hunting rights way above this forum.

Hey the dude had a short fuse, maybe having a bad day and came on here to relax and get away for a sec...no reason to start jumping on him to make it worse

He did more than that, he went around deleting pictures and disrupting several other threads.

If you look through the first two pages of posts, you'll see that everyone was EXTREMELY accommodating of this person, regardless of his continuing negative posts. I continued to be non-engaging. At some point though, someone like this is encouraging a negative response. I also feel like the post has worn out its usefulness completely, though.

He's not down, he's throwing a tantrum and you want to give him a lollipop for his behavior.  He's went around deleting pictures in multiple threads, disrupting some of the best things about this forum.
