Fixed Blade Broadhead

Looking for advice on a fixed blade broadhead that will require little to know sight adjustments from my mechanicles .I want a 100 grain for elk,and I am shooting 60 pounds is there such a thing?

Ive also heard good things...do you need to sharpen those or are they good out of the box?
