Millett

Well, depends on what you're using it for.  :)

Nikon Pro Stall with BDC.

Have one on my daughters gun and love it.
For the money you can not beat the quality or value of this scope.

Luepold, Burris or Nikon. Really don't think you could go that wrong.

I have a nikon prostaff 3x9 BDC.  I had a leupold 3x9 on it before and I didn't have much luck with it.  I didn't give it a chance I guess.  It could of been my ammo or maybe just a bad one in the bunch, but I got rid of it and got the nikon.  Love it

I don't believe I'll ever by another scope/bino that doesn't have a life-time warrantee.

Are you suggesting that Nikon doesn't have a lifetime warrantee? :dunno:

I'll suggest that.  At least on my Bino's, Nikon's warranty is a 25 year "no-fault" warranty.  It was explained to me that you could run'em over with your truck basically and send'em in and for $10 they replace'em.  Thats not lifetime, but it's certainly pretty damn good, and would not be what made the difference in a purchase for me if I liked the scope..
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Zeiss is my choice no matter what you hunt.
I have 3 different brands: 1, Zeiss Conquest Z1000 6.5-20x50.  2, Swarovski AV 3-10x42.  3, Leupold VXIII 4.5-14x50 (several other powers, I think this is the best of the Leupolds that I have).
This is the order in which I would rate the scopes, it has to be the Zeiss  :IBCOOL:

It is truely hard to beat a Leupold and if you can make it to Spokane to buy it at the White Elephant a 3x9 x 40 is only about 200.00 dollars.  White Elephant is closed sunday and monday.
I've slowed down enough in my old age to finally let the game catch up to me
