People who would like to try hunting before committing to a hunter education course
New hunters who were unable to register for a hunter education course this year
Do you qualify?
Mentor (Accompanying Hunter)
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a Washington-licensed hunter while accompanying the deferred hunter
Must have held a valid Washington hunting license for the previous three years
New Hunter (Deferred Hunter)
Be at least 10 years of age
Must not have failed a hunter education course in the previous 12 months
