Do you mean the vein is blemished or bruised???, or do you mean......Its a blemish or bruise or vein??? I'm a meat and potatoes guy that worked in a grocery store for 27 years, plenty of experience both processing and eating meat of all kinds, :chuckle: Never seen something like the OP's picture. A bruise would typically effect the muscle tissue from the outside(trauma area), not just internally. |
